Our Factory

15,000 m² in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. Structure fabrication, foliage production, assembly and quality control happen under one roof — which is why a specification change is a conversation, not a supply-chain problem.

What happens inside

Steel and fibreglass fabrication

Tree armatures and palm cores are welded or moulded in-house, which is what makes a 10 m tree structurally credible rather than a scaled-up ornament.

Foliage production and printing

Leaf material, colour matching and printing are done to a retained standard, so repeat orders hold the same colour instead of drifting batch to batch.

Assembly and finishing

Trees are fully assembled and photographed before being broken down for shipping, which is how we catch a canopy that reads wrong before it crosses an ocean.

Quality control

Every unit is inspected — structure, finish, foliage density, colour and fixing hardware. Oversized items get a pre-shipment assembly photograph record.

Inside the structure shop

Steel first, skin second. These are the welds and fittings that decide whether a 10 m palm still stands straight in year five — and the reason we can quote a wind rating rather than hope for one.

The palm trunk line: from steel tube to sealed container

Photographs from an actual palm trunk production run — the same line a wind-rated palm order goes through, from incoming steel to a sealed container.

Quality control process

  1. Incoming material check

Foliage, resin, steel and hardware are checked against the retained standard before production begins.

  2. In-process inspection

Structure welding, frame geometry and foliage attachment are inspected during build, not only at the end.

  3. Full assembly test

Trees and palm crowns are assembled in full, photographed and checked against the approved drawing.

  4. Pre-packing inspection

Final finish, hardware count, carton marks and packing protection before the container is loaded.

  5. Third-party inspection

SGS, BV or TÜV inspections are welcomed at our factory before sealing. Tell us at order stage and we schedule production around it.

Audits and documentation

We support buyer audits, factory visits and social compliance questionnaires. If your procurement process requires a specific document set — business licence, export records, material declarations, fire test reports, or a completed audit questionnaire — request it at enquiry stage and we will confirm what can be provided.

Visits are welcome. Guangzhou is served by Baiyun International Airport (CAN), and we can arrange collection from the airport or from central Guangzhou hotels. Please give us at least a week's notice so the relevant engineers are on site rather than travelling.
