Customisation is the core of what we do, not an upsell. Drawings are produced and approved before manufacture, so what arrives on site is what was signed off — and the same drawing is retained for your next phase.

- Requirement discussion
Send drawings, renders, photographs or simply dimensions. We reply with the questions that actually change the specification — fixing, access, lighting, compliance.
- Design proposal
Our engineers produce a production drawing and a 3D render showing how the tree reads in the space, for your approval.
- Sample confirmation
A physical sample or material swatch is produced where the finish, colour or density has to be seen rather than described.
- Production
Mass production after approval, with progress updates. Structural work, foliage assembly and QC all in-house.
- Quality inspection
Every unit inspected; oversized items assembled and photographed in full before being broken down for shipping.
- Shipping and support
Export documentation and carton marks handled. Assembly guides supplied, with video support during installation.
